Maximize that Saving Power

i read in a book that for you to be able to save money and start your own business, you have to ask yourself if you're at the right kind of job.... true enough, a right job would mean more opportunities, career growth and even promotions.it's undeniably true that there's no point in holding a job that will not satisfy you in terms of salaries and wages...come on, we work our asses off to earn a living and not to be drowned in debts...
lemme give you some pointers on how to maximize that saving power...
·avoid eating out at fancy restos very often...lutong bahay is still the best
·try ukay-ukay instead of buying brand new items...if second hand clothings aren't your thing, try tiangges and bazaars...for best bargains try haggling in divisoria.it's also the best spot if you're looking for fabrics, curtains and native products...you can even buy veggies there at very low price
·avoid impulsive buying, prioritize your needs
·proper diet, proper nutrition and regular exercise will keep you fit... it costs much to get sick these days
·don't patronize convenience stores. surely, it's the most convenient place to shop but why don't you look at the price tags?since they're open for 24 hours, the goods are a bit expensive
·if you want to shop til you drop, do so, but refrain from using plastics...pushing it to the limits will only cause you trouble on the due date
·if you're into branded items or signature clothes, make sure to shop only at least thrice a year
·walking is a good exercise...instead of using the car in short distances, try walking instead
·you can pamper yourself without spending too much on salons & spa's...do it yourself, just be resourceful
·avoid betting on lottos and sweepstakes
·learn to recycle·bring out that creativity in you, accessorize your old shirts and other clothes and presto, a brand new piece for you
remember that the best things in life are free. just like gazing at the stars and the moon at night, watching the kids play, reading a book and having a sip of your favorite drink in the garden, having sleep overs with your girlfriends, smelling the flower, watching the raindrops fall and much much more...
it's all about living your life to the fullest...indulge and enjoy...money can't buy you happiness but saving up for the future doesn't hurt that much...

Sunflower crackers will be banned???

I just so love sunflower garlic flavored crackers....my roommate naman has a container of sunflower crackers in cheese...pero it's been two months na since she last bought it pero until now, di pa nya nauubos.... i don't have a sweet-tooth, really and i haven't tasted even one of their cream-filled crackers...buti na lang, kasi just recently, may possibility yatang i-ban ang mga ito for public consumption...base kasi sa ginawang pagsusuri ng Hongkong Center for Food Safety sa Sunflower blueberry cream sandwich crackers na gawa ng Croley Foods dito sa Pilipinas, may mataas na content ng melamine ang produktong ito... Kaya for health reasons, please refrain from eating sunflower cream-filled crackers muna for now, hangga't hindi na tayo nakasisigurado sa masamang idudulot nito sa ating kalusugan, kung meron man...Sa pagkakaalam ko, as of this writing, isinasagawa na ang pagsusuri ng BFAD para malaman kung ligtas ba ito o hindi... What SOCIAL MEDIA teaches us

Too much exposure to socmed won't do you any good. As what others often say, anything that's too much is DANGEROUS. I am proud to say that I belong to the GEN-X who are believed to be resourceful, independent and we know how to work hard and yet play harder.   Well apparently, there are some who belongs to our generation who are so much consumed with socmed but there are still those, just like me, who would rather take a nap rather than browse anything and everything on the net.  I'm an introvert that is why I prefer blogging over vlogging. I value my privacy so much that I opted not to post regularly on facebook, instagram etc. Enough of my explanation, though. I just want to share some insights on the negative effects of socmed.   Think before you click, that's what you often hear but come to think of it. A lot often forget to think before they click. I have read a lot of offensive words, nasty comments and uncalled for statements written by other people. It...
