i practically don't have a weighing scale at home, simply because i'm not that conscious with my figure... most of the time, i eat what i crave for and there's no stopping me...wink...wink...
but lately, everyone has been ranting about my weight except me... i've posted on my previous post that i gave up my low carb-no red meat diet since the time i transferred to my new place and probably, that's the reason behind my bulging tummy...
and then it hit me! from 110 lbs. i'm already weighing 120 lbs.
i hate to exagg on the matter but gaining 10 lbs in just 6 months was a complete disaster...now is the right time to minimize my food intake but not sacrificing the nutrients that my body needs in order to function well...
goodbye, red meat... goodbye fats...goodbye carbonated drinks!!!
hello, fruits and veggies...
but then again, i'm not doing this for anybody...i'm doing this crash diet for myself...
