so sick...

it's over 6 months since i transferred to a new place...and it's been over six months since i bid farewell to my low carb - no red meat diet... its been ages since i last heard about healthy eating when all i did was to feast on fatty foods like lechon, crispy pata, pork barbeque, chicken inasal, fried chicken, grilled liempo and so on... it took me 6 months to realize that i've been endangering myself to gall bladder diseases having all that unsaturated fats in my liver...hell yes, I just had a gall bladder attack yesterday and it sucks...i was still clueless about whats happening to me, yet i ate chicken curry for lunch...then it hit me...mild to moderate pain at the bottom of my right rib cage...burping and all that...been there and i know how it feels... now, i am restricted to eating fatty foods...just high fiber diet for me...i'm planning for a liver-gall bladder thrush but one thing's bothering me...friday night and i'm off for a weekend to my mom's place...visit the tomb of the dead loved ones, chit chat with my moms relatives. time to breathe some fresh air as i watch the sunset... maybe, i'll just postpone the thrush next week...just have to avoid eating so much meat...just fresh fruits & veggies (organic as much as possible)... hey guys, by the way, november 3 isn't declared as a special non-working holiday but still, enjoy your weekend everyone and have a healthy diet as much as possible... tagaytay trip

the long wait is over... for 8 months that i've never been to tagaytay , me and my roommate che were able to push through with the planned day trip to tagaytay ... here's a recap of our itinerary... at approximately 7:15 a.m. we were already at the bus terminal in edsa taft . the bus left at around 7:30 bound to tagaytay .... almost 9:00 a.m. we were already in olivarez plaza... our first stop was in lourdes church since che had never seen the new church yet... our photo op lasted for two hours and we really had a great time goofing in front of the camera. from the church main entrance to the grotto, well we really had a lot of pictures then. about two hundred i guess... since, rotonda crossing is just a few meters away from the church, che and i decided to just take a walk to feel the cool breeze in tagaytay . there i saw the boutique, days hotel and other hotels as well. at around 11:00 a.m. we were already having our early lunch in chowking . our next stop, picnic gr...
