so sick...

it's over 6 months since i transferred to a new place...and it's been over six months since i bid farewell to my low carb - no red meat diet... its been ages since i last heard about healthy eating when all i did was to feast on fatty foods like lechon, crispy pata, pork barbeque, chicken inasal, fried chicken, grilled liempo and so on... it took me 6 months to realize that i've been endangering myself to gall bladder diseases having all that unsaturated fats in my liver...hell yes, I just had a gall bladder attack yesterday and it sucks...i was still clueless about whats happening to me, yet i ate chicken curry for lunch...then it hit me...mild to moderate pain at the bottom of my right rib cage...burping and all that...been there and i know how it feels... now, i am restricted to eating fatty foods...just high fiber diet for me...i'm planning for a liver-gall bladder thrush but one thing's bothering me...friday night and i'm off for a weekend to my mom's place...visit the tomb of the dead loved ones, chit chat with my moms relatives. time to breathe some fresh air as i watch the sunset... maybe, i'll just postpone the thrush next week...just have to avoid eating so much meat...just fresh fruits & veggies (organic as much as possible)... hey guys, by the way, november 3 isn't declared as a special non-working holiday but still, enjoy your weekend everyone and have a healthy diet as much as possible... God bless you all...

What SOCIAL MEDIA teaches us

Too much exposure to socmed won't do you any good. As what others often say, anything that's too much is DANGEROUS. I am proud to say that I belong to the GEN-X who are believed to be resourceful, independent and we know how to work hard and yet play harder.   Well apparently, there are some who belongs to our generation who are so much consumed with socmed but there are still those, just like me, who would rather take a nap rather than browse anything and everything on the net.  I'm an introvert that is why I prefer blogging over vlogging. I value my privacy so much that I opted not to post regularly on facebook, instagram etc. Enough of my explanation, though. I just want to share some insights on the negative effects of socmed.   Think before you click, that's what you often hear but come to think of it. A lot often forget to think before they click. I have read a lot of offensive words, nasty comments and uncalled for statements written by other people. It...

ranting about my weight

i practically don't have a weighing scale at home, simply because i'm not that conscious with my figure... most of the time, i eat what i crave for and there's no stopping me...wink...wink... but lately, everyone has been ranting about my weight except me... i've posted on my previous post that i gave up my low carb-no red meat diet since the time i transferred to my new place and probably, that's the reason behind my bulging tummy... and then it hit me! from 110 lbs. i'm already weighing 120 lbs. i hate to exagg on the matter but gaining 10 lbs in just 6 months was a complete disaster...now is the right time to minimize my food intake but not sacrificing the nutrients that my body needs in order to function well... goodbye, red meat... goodbye fats...goodbye carbonated drinks!!! hello, fruits and veggies... but then again, i'm not doing this for anybody...i'm doing this crash diet for myself...
