so sick...

it's over 6 months since i transferred to a new place...and it's been over six months since i bid farewell to my low carb - no red meat diet... its been ages since i last heard about healthy eating when all i did was to feast on fatty foods like lechon, crispy pata, pork barbeque, chicken inasal, fried chicken, grilled liempo and so on... it took me 6 months to realize that i've been endangering myself to gall bladder diseases having all that unsaturated fats in my liver...hell yes, I just had a gall bladder attack yesterday and it sucks...i was still clueless about whats happening to me, yet i ate chicken curry for lunch...then it hit me...mild to moderate pain at the bottom of my right rib cage...burping and all that...been there and i know how it feels... now, i am restricted to eating fatty foods...just high fiber diet for me...i'm planning for a liver-gall bladder thrush but one thing's bothering me...friday night and i'm off for a weekend to my mom's place...visit the tomb of the dead loved ones, chit chat with my moms relatives. time to breathe some fresh air as i watch the sunset... maybe, i'll just postpone the thrush next week...just have to avoid eating so much meat...just fresh fruits & veggies (organic as much as possible)... hey guys, by the way, november 3 isn't declared as a special non-working holiday but still, enjoy your weekend everyone and have a healthy diet as much as possible... dunlop moving out sale up to 70%

dunlop is moving out of the building and most of their items are on sale... my officemates bought rubber shoes and i won't be a self confessed shop-a-holic if i'll miss out on this.... i bought slazenger rubber shoes and 2 carlton badminton rackets and a wrist band... and would you believe, i only did the shopping in just 10 minutes...not that bad and mind you, i did it during our lunch break!!!

have you ever been in a situation wherein you think that he's everything that matters? that he's your life and you can't live without him? but sad truth is, he was never yours to begin with...he can't commit to you because he's already committed.. will you let go or will you fight for your love??? don't you think letting go is the easiest way out? but will you or would you rather not??? what will you choose... choosing what is right but you know that it won't make you happy or choosing what you know is wrong but you certainly know that it'll make you happy? the decision is yours to make...make a stand...and face the consequences!
